Licensing Statement
Aurora Lite — and all other Aurora themes and products distributed on WordPress.org or through this website — are released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (or later). This applies to both the free and any premium versions of Aurora products.
All PHP files, template files, JavaScript, and CSS bundled with Aurora themes are
100% GPL-compatible. Third-party resources (such as icon fonts,
Google Fonts, or stock images) are licensed under their respective open licenses
(MIT, SIL OFL 1.1, CC0, etc.) and are fully compatible with the GPL. A full
copyright and license notice is included in each theme’s readme.txt
and the LICENSE file at the root of the theme directory.
You are free to use, modify, and redistribute Aurora themes in accordance with the GPL. There is no restriction on using Aurora for personal, commercial, or client projects. Redistribution of modified versions must also carry the GPL license intact.
